phiReports Clinician Handbook
Everything you need to master rapid zero-retention clinical documentation, hotkeys, diagnostic batteries, and statutory compliance.
How phiReports Works
phiReports is an ephemeral clinical workstation. When evaluating patients, you have two synchronized operating modes:
Renders a live 8.5 x 11 inch paper sheet. Perfect for clinicians using styluses, reviewing diagnostic curves, or making direct visual adjustments.
A side-by-side rapid form filler on the left with a sticky live sheet on the right. Optimized for fast keyboard data entry with 0 scrollbar hopping.
Zero-Mouse Keyboard Accelerators
High-volume clinics can navigate and generate signed PDFs entirely from the keyboard:
Pre-Configured Clinical Findings
Standard diagnostic patterns can be populated with one click:
Sloping high-frequency loss, normal otoscopy, bilateral RIC trial plan.
0-15 dB HL thresholds, 100% WRS, Type A tympanograms, annual check.
4.0 kHz acoustic notch, military/industrial history, custom protection.
Conductive component, partial occlusion otoscopy, extraction notes.
Supported Clinical Documents
Digital Signatures & Tablet Drawing
Clinicians can sign documents using a finger, Apple Pencil, or Wacom stylus. Signatures are encoded as vector transparent images and embedded into the final PDF with SHA-256 integrity timestamps.
Seamless Clipboard EHR Transfer
Press Ctrl + Shift + C to generate and copy a structured plain-text ISBAR note ready to paste directly into Epic, Cerner, AthenaHealth, or Kareo without re-typing.
